Panelists:

Liz Hartmann-Dow (JPMC) is a professional storyteller, who has wandered through a career of libraries, federal relations, travel writing, program management, content editing, information design, and UX leadership. She prioritizes stewardship while building teams and culture, and she uses her grasp of narrative to inform using empathy in all things.

Etana Solomon (Social Impact Consultant) is a social impact strategist dedicated to creating impact through racial equity, financial inclusion, and community art programming. She started her career in Content Design at Mastercard before moving on to the Center for Inclusive Growth, where she supported Mastercard's philanthropic grant making. She currently leads her own firm focused on developing impact ecosystems that leverage public, private, and social sector assets for social impact.

Lara McLoed (Robinhood) leads Inclusion, Equity & Belonging strategy and programming at Robinhood, bringing with her 10+ years of experience helping companies in tech and non-profit industries empower diverse teams to successfully create inclusive and equitable workplaces products, and solutions that drive better outcomes. A writer by trade, Lara spent her early career years as a Content Designer for Windows and Xbox products before pivoting her career toward making the workplace work for everyone through the lens of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI). Lara earned her Bachelors in Professional and Technical Writing from Carnegie Mellon University with minors in both Vocal Performance and Social Psychology, and she’s currently pursuing her J.D. in Catholic University of America’s Part-Time, Evening Law Program.
